The twins were born on Dec. 17, 2008. Triston came first, 6 lbs, 2 oz, 18" and Trenton followed at 6 lbs, 9 oz, 19.5". They were born about 30 min apart. Labor for these two was much easier than with Keanan. It was a breeze! They are very healthy; there were no complications. So far they are very good babies. We feel very fortunate that they are so healthy and not premies like most twins are. I just can't believe that I carried them so long (38 weeks) and that they fit inside me! It is a real mystery...no wonder I was so uncomfortable. Here are some pics of the little guys. Oh, and since I know everyone will ask...we don't know if they are identicle. The only way to really know is if they were in one sac (which they weren't) or if you have DNA testing done. We have gotten mixed reviews...some are certain they are and some are certain they aren't. I think they look a LOT alike, but I'm not 100% convinced they are identicle. Hopefully we'll be able to tell as they get older and their looks develop. When they were first born (and you can see in some of the pics above) Trenton had a big bruise in the center of his forehead because they had to use suction to get him out.

Ahhhh so sweet! Congratulations - I am so glad all went well - they are beautiful boys! (And Keanan is an adorable older bro.) We really want to come visit as soon as things calm down for you guys. How are you adjusting?
Wow- congratulations! They are just the cutest Christmas present ever! I am happy that the labor and delivery was a positive experience and that the boys are healthy as can be. How fun to have a family of 5!
